Ja sam jedna od onih niskotlaka�a. Ima li tu jo� kojeg?

Ako da, kako se borite sa svojim niskim tlakom?
Za one koji neznaju, simptomi niskog tlaka su glavobolja, vrtoglavica, hladnoća...
Navodno nema lijeka za niski tlak. Dodu�e, čula sam za neke tablete koje zadr�avaju vodu u tijelu, ali te imaju kao puno nuspojava.

Ja nemam tako stra�an niski tlak da bi mi to stvaralo neke veće probleme, jedino �to mi puno puta nedostaje energije... Ljeti sam se par puta sru�ila, ali inače je sve OK. Trebam uvijek puno vode piti...
